Ah, yeah, g’day, thanks for looking me up. I’ve been wielding a “proper” camera since retirement in early 2022 and an iPhone since early 2020 when I began haunting Sherbrooke forest during lockdowns. For someone with no art or photography training and I suspect I really didn’t know how to see it was quite surprise when people began asking for prints of my macro shots of the little things - mushrooms, insects, spider webs and so on.
Born in the Philippines in 1982 and arrived in Australia in 1997. Jonabelle is an emerging and multidisciplinary artist working with photography, printmaking, drawing and painting, dressmaking, and silversmithing. Jonabelle draws inspiration from her surroundings, whether from nature or urban, and finds and highlights the beauty in the mundane.

Hello, I'm Rachel Williamson. I live in Melbourne, Australia with my husband and two children. I was born here, but grew up in Canada and moved back on my own in my mid-twenties.
I started ChazownCreative in 2020 after carrying this dream in my heart for a long time. After a time of soul searching for new growth, I stepped out in fear and faith to share my acrylic and watercolour paintings.

Eltham (Melbourne)-based artist, Rochelle van der Merwe, has been a fine art, intimate events and portrait photographer since 2013 and a contemporary collage artist since 2020.
Born and raised in a small Zululand town in South Africa in the mid-70's, she found solace and beauty in books, and the surrounding wild beaches and bushveld, a constant whilst growing up in a political landscape she could never make sense of.

Matthew Schiavello (b.1972) is a Naarm/Melbourne born, self taught photographer and visual artist. In his photographic practice Matthew works in various styles, from abstract and conceptual work, to the more representational, and self-portraiture. Matthew often works from a place of engaged curiosity. Whether capturing urban scenes, or urban decay's transience, Matthew's focus is on finding the beauty in his surroundings.
Education: Bachelor of Visual Arts (Photography), La Trobe University, Bendigo.

As well she has mentored young visual artists for local community groups.
Being a self-taught artist, I have undertaken a number of artistic endeavours over the years but have concentrated on painting in the last 15years.
I work mostly in oils, watercolours and acrylics but have been exploring mixed media and alcohol ink. Exploring colours and textures, experimenting with different techniques and merging these to create original pieces of art.
