Although most queries can be resolved on the FAQ page, I have created a 6-step instructional document, which can be downloaded from here and on the Members Only Page, under Resources.

Although the FAQ page has lots of answers to the questions you may have there is one question we receive regularly and that is about the status of memberships.
Once you login tap on the arrow next to your name at the top. Under 'My Account' you will see lots of information listed and one of the options is Membership Plan. See image below.

If you are not able to attend at the times and dates on the website visit the Events Page and design your own event. You can choose the location, date and time. Send the details to us via email and we will upload the information.

The Members Only page is the best place to go for majority of the benefits of being an Associate Member (a site member that has paid).
New to the website is Gift Cards, which can be found in the Art Shop and there is now the facility to upload any art callouts you find, preferably Victorian ones. In the What's On drop down menu you will find Submit Callout and Artist Callouts. Once callouts are submitted they are automatically added to the Callouts page.
Another really cool thing you can do is create your own event, by visiting the Events page in the What's On page drop down menu.
