Just a question about the Flower & Garden Show and Tell exhibition - If our work is accepted, how long before it needs to be ready for drop off? TIA

Hi I'm new to Melbourne's art scene and I have no prior experience exhibiting my work. I'd like to put together my first exhibition but I'm struggling to find places to host it, does anyone have any good suggestions of where to start?
