Margaret Christianson is a Melbourne-based painter and metal Sculptor. She uses a hand-held plasma-cutter to create her metalwork, which can be large wall panels, gates or decorative garden-stakes.
In her art practices, she explores the connections between the natural environment whether it be in the city, outback or coastal surroundings which informs her work. This is especially reflected in her paintings.
