A long career of representation in some major prizes including the Archibald, Salon de Refuse and the Portia Geach and occasional solo shows
in Balmain, Clovelly, Braidwood and Collingwood.
Won the One Torrens Street, Mitcham. Adelaide Self Portrait prize in 1922 and the
‘Who’s Looking At You’ Portrait Prize in 2018 at the now closed Cambridge Studio Gallery.
And in 2024 a finalist in the John Villiers outback art prize, Winton, Queensland, and 2025 a finalist in the SHAG (works on paper) in Robertson, NSW.
Also in 2025 a selection in the Olive Cotton Photographic Portrait prize.
