This evocative exhibition is inspired by earth’s poetic nature. The abstract works in this exhibition interpret the famous natural features of Cable Beach in Broome, WA. The exhibition showcases iconic formations from wind-sculpted sandstone and Tafoni to the intricate artistry of Bubbler Crab sand pellets and ephemeral tessellated pavements. Together with the accompanying photographs, these works invite viewers to notice the subtle ‘hidden’ details of these features often missed at first glance when visiting the Beach and reflect on the timeless beauty of the natural world that has been crafted over thousands of years.
