This mono-print is inspired by the Australian bush and the many unexpected and sometimes hidden treasures that can be found while wandering through it (in my case on horseback). It is also partly inspired by the extraordinary caves located in WA (e.g., Mammoth and Lake caves) – their life and meaning. For me, stumbling across a cave invites intrigue, wonder, and a sense of mystery warranting further investigation.
